PROJECT OVERVIEW

Coinfest Asia commissioned TDR FILMS to document two side-event experiences during Coinfest Asia 2026 in Bali. The coverage followed the CFX Seaside Mixer and the private Connected Capital Investor Dinner associated with Vanguard42.

The CFX Seaside Mixer was an invitation-only afternoon at White Rock Beach Club, created for conversations between partners, industry leaders, and key stakeholders away from the main conference floor. The Connected Capital Investor Dinner brought together a curated group from AI, blockchain, finance, and impact for a more intimate evening of discussion and relationship building.

Coinfest Asia remained the commissioning client throughout the assignment. CFX and Vanguard42 are identified only to explain the side events documented; they are not presented as TDR FILMS’ clients.

FROM BRIEF TO IMPACT

Coinfest Asia needed the side-event coverage to show that the festival extends beyond stages and panels into spaces where partnerships and industry relationships develop. TDR FILMS treated the assignment as two distinct stories within one event ecosystem.

The CFX Seaside Mixer called for open, energetic coverage of the venue, guest arrivals, conversations, hospitality, and coastal setting. The Connected Capital Investor Dinner required a quieter and more discreet approach suited to an invite-only gathering. Camera movement, pacing, and coverage priorities were adapted to each environment while maintaining a consistent Coinfest Asia visual identity.

The result is a record of two different networking formats: one relaxed and outward-facing, the other private and relationship-led.

Can TDR FILMS cover multiple side events during one conference?

Yes. The production plan can coordinate multiple venues, schedules, access requirements, and deliverables while maintaining one consistent visual direction across the wider event.

How do you film invitation-only or private dinners?

We work discreetly around guest privacy, venue restrictions, priority moments, and organiser approvals. The crew footprint and camera movement are adapted to the tone of the gathering.

What information is needed before filming a conference side event?

We need the event schedule, venue details, access restrictions, priority guests and moments, approval contacts, delivery formats, and deadlines. Early planning helps the crew move efficiently without interrupting the event.

Yes. For Coinfest Asia 2026, the approach shifted between an energetic seaside mixer and a quieter private dinner while keeping the overall coverage visually consistent.
