The culture behind the films

Our Core Values: IMPACT

01Innovation

We keep questioning familiar ways of working and looking for better ways to tell a story. Innovation means bringing fresh ideas, trying new approaches and learning from every production. We turn that curiosity into work that feels relevant, purposeful and different from what came before.

02Mastery

We take pride in knowing our craft and mastering the work we do. We keep sharpening our creative and technical skills, sharing what we learn and extending what we can achieve as a team. Every production is an opportunity to raise our standards, refine the details and become better filmmakers.

03Passion

We are here because we care about filmmaking, the people behind it and the stories we bring to life. Passion is the drive to keep learning, stay curious and give the work our full attention. Earning a living matters, and our love for the craft gives us a reason to bring more than the minimum to every project.

04Adaptability

Production can change without warning, from the weather and location to the brief and conditions on set. Adaptability means staying calm, finding solutions and adjusting our approach when the original plan no longer works. We focus our energy on practical action and support each other so the production keeps moving.

05Commitment

We take ownership of our work from the first brief through the final delivery. Commitment means respecting the schedule, following through on agreements and communicating early when something needs attention. We stay accountable to our team and our clients, and we see the job through with care.

06Trust

Trust is built through honesty, clear communication and doing what we say we will do. We create room for people to ask questions, admit mistakes and rely on one another throughout the production. By treating our teammates and clients with respect, we build relationships that remain strong beyond a single project.

Team TDR FILMS on production

From our team

“I came to TDR FILMS with a background in cinematography and wanted to learn the producing side of video while extending my filming skills. In three months, I learned how much preparation goes into a shoot, how to work with a team on set and how to shoot everything with intention. My favourite moments were during the SGI Air Bali shoot, where I coordinated the talent and worked as an assistant director. This internship gave me real experience and the confidence to take on bigger productions.”

From our team

“Working at TDR FILMS has given me the chance to experience production on a whole new level, from collaborating with new crews and getting involved in pre-production to setting up lighting and camera rigs on set. It’s also brought new challenges. I’ve had the opportunity to meet the people behind amazing brands and travel to places I’d never been before. The best part? Exploring new places for work! Although, at this point, I might be getting a little too used to flying!”
